Clearly with two young children, much of my own leisure time is spent with my children and supporting their own interests as Dad’s taxi service.
However, I do have a number of interests of my own :
Choral Music : I have sung as a member of several (quality) choirs that have recorded albums on major labels. Whilst my singing is in hietus at present, I still enjoy listening to choral, particularly religious music.
Food : I take a keen interest in food and its provenance and enjoy producing and processing my own food at home as well as trying different new produce.
I regularly do my own home curing of meats (e.g. making bacon) and fish and have my own food smoking cabinet to produce superior food products (e.g. smoked salmon).
Gardening/Small Holding : I keep chickens for their egg supply. I recycle into producing my own compost and use that to grow limited supplies of fruit and vegetables.
Reading : I enjoy reading thrillers when time affords, especially on holiday.
Internet Marketing & Websites : I have started developing my own websites with a view to generating a secondary income stream. I was one of the first to see the potential of Go Go Hamsters creating a successful internet business that was #1 with Google in a matter of weeks.
